PERSONAL DELIVERY:

We are a local, small batch candle company in Maury County, TN. Although we know it may be a less traditional way to order from a website, at this time, we have chosen to prioritize providing a local, personal delivery service at no charge to Maury County, TN residents to avoid charging our local customers shipping fees and to keep our prices low for everyone who wishes to purchase candles from us, whether in or outside of Maury County, TN!

PERSONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF MAURY COUNTY AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

Although at this time we only are able to offer guaranteed delivery options to Maury County residents, if you live outside of Maury County, but still would prefer personal delivery OR shipping, please reach out to us by FILLING OUT THIS FORM. Please list your desired candle fragrance and quantity, as well as your request for a personal delivery or shipping from the drop down box. Once we receive your order request, we will contact you typically within 24 hours to collect your payment, confirm your order details, and delivery/shipping options and costs.

Personal Delivery options for those outside of Maury County may be available for you for a fee which is cost dependent on distance from Maury County and will be confirmed with you at the time of purchase.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED / ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

An estimated delivery date will be given to you upon payment confirmation for personal deliveries. For Personal Deliveries, typical turnaround time for delivery is 24-72 hours based on stock and delivery location which will be estimated and confirmed during the ordering process. We will confirm all delivery details personally with you typically within 24 hours of your order being placed.

For all shipped orders either a tracking number or package tracker email will be provided to you by email either from myself or from the carrier once the package is shipped. So be sure to keep an eye on your email!

Please know, although alternative online shipping and payment methods may be available in the future, we have chosen to fulfill our orders this way not only to build a more personal relationship with our customers, but also to keep costs low for everyone so that we can continue to provide high quality products for you every time you order from us!

Our response time is typically within 24-48 hours for all order inquiries.
