Burning Woodwicks for the first time?
Burning wood wicks can be different from your traditional cotton wick. It is possible, and common for wood wicks to sometimes start with a large flame that will quickly reduce to a solid steady burn at the initial lighting. Wood Wicks also are know to crackle so if you are not use to having wood wicks burning, that sound is normal. As with cotton and wood wicks, always remember to keep your wick trimmed to reduce any soot from forming around your glass. If your wood wick lights and then burns out, this is not cause for alarm nor does it mean your candle is defective. Sometimes on the first burn, the flame can do this. Give it just a moment and proceed to light it again. This should create a stable burn with your candle. If you have tried to attempt to get the candle to light again after a few tries and it simply will not ignite, please contact us through our Order Candles /Contact Us Page and we will make it right.
I don’t live in the Maury County
Area but prefer delivery. Can I get this option.
At this time, we only are able to offer guaranteed delivery options to Maury County residents. However, if you are located outside of Maury County, TN, delivery options may be available for you for a fee depending on your location. Please message us through our Contact Us page before placing your order so that we can find the delivery system that is best for you!
Are your candles “allergy-free”
Although we would love to say YES!, and although for many this resolves sensitivity issues, AND although our candles do burn cleaner than big brand name candles, there is never a 100% guarantee that those with allergies will not have some kind of reaction because everyone is different. We make our candles with high quality Organic Soy Wax and quality oils to attempt to greatly reduce the potential occurrence for irritations or reactions. It is best to use your own judgement of what your body can tolerate, and we hope these candles work for you the way they did for us!
What is the turnaround time for my personal delivery order?
Our candles are made in small batches so standard turn around time for personal delivery orders can vary based on current stock, but deliveries are typically delivered M-F twice, sometimes three times a week depending on order quantities. We will be in contact with you typically within 24-48 hours of your order being sent to us (M-F) and we will confirm a date you can expect your order delivered. We will also confirm that your order is in stock or being ordered so that you will have confidence knowing that we are making sure to get you your candles as soon as possible.
Returns
All of our orders are final sale, however if you are not satisfied with your candle due to structural defect of our product upon delivery of your order, we will be happy to replace this candle for you!
Why is your ordering system so different from other online stores?
Please know, we are a local small batch candle company. Although alternative online shipping and payment methods may be available in the future, we have chosen to fulfill our orders this way not only to build a more personal relationship with our customers, but also to keep costs low for everyone so that we can continue to provide high quality products for you every time you order from us!
